How can I book the Connemara Lake Hotel?

At what time is check-in?

Generally hotel rooms are available from 2pm

At what time is check-out?

Check-out is generally at 12pm. Afterwards the rooms have to get cleaned for the upcoming arrivals.

Do you offer wheelchair access rooms?

We have no ground floor rooms, rooms are available on the 1st and 2nd Floors only which is approximately 13 steps to 1st Floor.

Is parking available at the hotel?

All parking is Street parking only and there is also a public car park approx. 3 minutes walk from the hotel, both have no charges

What are the reception opening hours?

There will be staff at your service during the opening hours and if you require any assistance at night you can just phone the Hotel main telephone number which will be monitored during the night.

Do I need to book breakfast?

You can book your breakfast time with a member of staff on check-in.

Do you have spa treatments or pool at the hotel?

No, there are no spa facilities or pool at the hotel.

Do you have a hairdresser or beauty facility at the hotel?

No, there is no hairdresser or beauty facilities at the hotel. There is a hairdressing salon and beauty salon in the village or in the next village in Moycullen, ask at reception for details.

Can I bring my pet?

We do not allow pets in the hotel.

Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel/in the room?

WiFi is available free of charge in the rooms and in public areas.

Can I reserve a table in the restaurant?

Yes, speak with a member of staff to reserve a table in the restaurant.

Do you offer non-smoking rooms?

All our rooms are non-smoking.

Are special requests, such as gluten-free meals or extra pillows available?

We are always trying to fulfil everyone of your desires.

Can I buy a voucher for the hotel and or restaurant?

Yes, vouchers are available online on our website or you can ask a member of staff in the hotel.

Where can I get a copy of my invoice after departure?

Please contact our hotel team, which will send you a copy of your invoice.

What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Please contact the hotel directly. Our rooms will be cleaned daily, so that your item probably has been found by our housekeeping team.

We accept credit cards from MasterCard & Visa.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation by going on the hotel website or you can also contact the hotel directly. For Bookings made through Booking.com you will need to contact them directly. For any changes on your reservation, for example extra nights, please contact the hotel directly.

By when do I have to cancel my booking, if I have to?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Can I make group bookings online?

It is best to contact the hotel directly for group bookings.

Is Breakfast included?

Yes, usually the quoted price includes breakfast.
